Whether you are going abroad for a study stay, internship or summer school, all mobilities must be recorded in the IS and recognized into studies after returning to MU.
Before departure, please create a study stay / internship record in the IS:
IS - Student - During Studies - Internships and Stays - Create new internship or a stay.
By doing this, you will let the Study office know you plan to go abroad, and in case of the semester (study) stay it will let the IS know to stop sending you reminders to enrol in courses.
Before mobility, please upload the Learning Agreement for Studies / Traineeship (LA) in the IS record.
If needed, you can also upload Changes to LA during your stay.
After mobility, please upload the following documents in the IS record:
The last step is to apply for stay (course) recognition via the study stay / internship record in the IS.
