HR Award

On February 1, 2021, the Faculty of Pharmacy of Masaryk University has officially subscribed to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, seeking to obtain the HR Award. The European Charter was revised in 2023 in the "Council Recommendation on a European Framework to Attract and Retain Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Talent in Europe" (Annex II).

The HR Award (with the logo HR Excellence in Research) is awarded by the European Commission to the research institutions that implement HRS4R (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) personnel strategy. The Faculty of Pharmacy has herewith committed to implement fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal procedures for researchers and support their professional development.
