International Student Guide
Beginning studies abroad can be very challenging. How does the university work? How to find accommodation? How to get around the city? How to find help if you have special needs? How to get medical aid? How to find a job? Where to go shopping?
Find answers to all your questions in our International Student Guide.
One week prior to beginning of teaching in each semester, an orientation week is organized for all new international students at Masaryk University, including degree, non-degree and exchange students. During this week, new students can experience Brno, learn first words in Czech language but also get useful tips on working with Information System, tour at the faculty and so much more! Some activities are paid, some are for free, and students can choose which ones they want to attend. More information can be found on the website of the organizers, the Centre for International Cooperation MU.
This year, the Orientation Week will be held from 10 to 16 September 2023.
For the Faculty tour, join us on Wednesday 13 September at 10 am in front of the main building.
