Graduation ceremony of the unique class 2025
On Friday, 20 June, we celebrated the newest Masters of Pharmacy, our graduating class of 2025.
On Friday 21 June, the Faculty of Pharmacy celebrated this year's graduates with a Graduation ceremony. In attendance were 105 graduates who successfully passed the Final State Examination in both the autumn and spring semester of the academic year 2023/2024, in both Czech and English degree programmes.
In the presence of the Vice-rector for academic and cultural affairs at Masaryk University, Professor Jiří Hanuš, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Professor David Vetchý, and the Vice-Dean for Studies of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr Tünde Ambrus, the new graduates of the Pharmacy programme gathered in the beautiful historic Karel Engliš Auditorium at the Faculty of Law MU in Veveří. The graduation celebrations were held throughout the whole day with four ceremonies for graduates of the Master's degree programme and one for the graduates of the Advanced Master's procedure. Three graduates received a red diploma for their excellent study results.
During the ceremony, the Dean addressed the graduates: "I firmly believe that the Faculty of Pharmacy fulfilled its responsibility to prepare you for the wonderful and demanding Pharmacist profession. You gained unique knowledge and skills which have equipped you to be healthcare professionals, and help people care for and protect their health, provide relief in their illness and suffering". He also expressed that even though the academic journey of our graduates was complete, the door to our faculty would always remain open to them.
We would like to, once more, congratulate all of our graduates and wish them the best of luck and all the success in both their professional and personal lives!
On Friday, 20 June, we celebrated the newest Masters of Pharmacy, our graduating class of 2025.
The Faculty of Pharmacy has a big reason to celebrate because the expected follow-up Master's degree programme: Cosmetology and Cosmetic Products has received accreditation and will be open to the first students from the autumn semester of the academic year 2026/2027. It will be primarily offered to the graduates of the Bachelor programme: Cosmetic Products, but also for other applicants with a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of education, such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Health Sciences.
