Describe your journey to Faculty of Pharmacy

Before joining the Faculty of Pharmacy, I spent a lot of time researching universities across Europe that offer strong programs in pharmaceutical sciences. I was looking for a place with a solid academic reputation, an international environment, and a city that felt welcoming and inspiring.

like Brno made it even more appealing. I also had a close friend studying here at the time, and she shared her positive experiences with me, which helped me make my final decision. Her recommendation, along with my research, convinced me that this faculty would be the perfect place to pursue my studies in pharmacy.

What do you like about your studies?

I like that my studies combine theory with practical knowledge, helping me understand how medicines work and how to help people. It’s challenging but very rewarding, and I enjoy learning in an international environment.

What difficulties have you encountered before or after moving to Brno?

At first, it was a bit challenging to adjust to a new environment, as everything felt different. But the kind people at the university and in the Czech community helped me feel more comfortable and supported, which made the transition much easier.

What advice would you give to new students?

Stay consistent and keep moving forward, even when things get tough. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, and remember that every step you take brings you closer to your goals. Believe in yourself and stay motivated!
